The Kern County Adventure Site's Goals

The intent of this website it to not for profit or for any gain actually building this website will cost a great deal of time, effort, learning, and money to make it a good resource. The hope is to bring some common community back to our local area and to preserve some ethics and history about our local area that is so easily lost through generational changes in our action sports due to the lack of concrete community and also guidebooks and printed resources or publications.

The hope is to target adventure that is within a tank full of gas from Bakersfield. We will not limit it to residing within Kern County but what local die hards can do from the county within a reasonable travel distance...

The Team...

The about us is going to be short because the about us is in the growth stage. Us started with just me, and I (Dustin Miller) have been networking with as many people as possible to create a team so there will be a us.... I am working on putting together team leaders for our categories already listed and maybe if we need to we can expand into new areas. This site is not about me it is about the active adventure community. We would just like to provides a resource to the community....Event blog, Forums, online guides with some tips and tricks and many more resources. This site is about you not me our soon to be us.
